Hi Stitchlings! 💖
It’s been a little while since I’ve written a journal entry, and oh my goodness — we have so many magical updates to share!

First of all… we did it! We’ve officially passed 2,000 Stitchlings — and as of today (July 31st), we’re at 2,423. That’s almost 2,500 of you joining me on this journey, cheering me on, and believing in what I’m building. Every single one of you is a thread in this growing tapestry, and I’m so grateful you're here. 🧵💫

Another huge milestone: I’ve received my first two orders through my new website! The very first was for a pair of Dumpster Fire Trucks — one green to represent a garbage truck, and one blue for recycling. After sharing them on TikTok, I got a second commissioned order for a grey version — and yes, he’s just as chaotic and adorable as the others 😂🔥🚛

I also received a beautiful in-person custom request for a Star Pixie Purse, and she turned out stunning. That purse felt like a little wish granted — I could picture it sparkling in a fairy’s wardrobe. 🌟👜

And here's a personal victory I never thought I’d reach:
I finally followed a crochet pattern! 🧶
After two years of avoiding them (I was totally overwhelmed by all the mysterious abbreviations), I decided to try one for the Dumpster Fire Trucks… and I loved it. I used to see things like SC, DC, HDC, TRC and feel so lost — but now I know those stand for Single Crochet, Double Crochet, Half Double Crochet, and Triple Crochet. The fact that I can read a pattern now feels like unlocking a whole new part of this craft. I’ve truly learned, grown, and come so far — and I know there’s still so much more to come.

We’ve got 5 months left in the year, and I’m holding space for more magic, more milestones, and more stitched-up dreams. Thank you for being part of this handmade journey. 🌿💗
